IMPORTANT - Waiver and Release Information
Annual Waiver (Applies to players reserving programs & open time court bookings)
All players with NTC profiles are required to sign the Annual Waiver to complete registration for programs and/or court bookings.
ADULTS 18 and older - Must complete the waiver for themselves.
JUNIORS under 18 - Only the primary account holder can sign the waiver on behalf of the junior player.
If you have NOT signed the waiver and release in the past 12 months, you will be prompted to do so upon logging in to your NTC profile.
Electronic Single Use Daily Waiver (does NOT apply to program registrants & open time court bookings)
Applies to tournament players and single-day event participants who do not have NTC profiles.
ADULTS 18 and older - Must complete the daily waiver for themselves.
JUNIORS under 18 - A parent or legal guardian must complete a daily waiver containing the names of both the child and parent/guardian.
Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation. This must be presented to our front desk staff upon arrival with your government-issued photo ID.
All players with court reservations and program registrants must fill out a WAIVER & RELEASE (W & R) before on-court play. All players and guests must present a government-issued photo ID upon arrival.

Ball Machine Rental
Rate: $18 / Hour (incl. tax) in addition to court fee
Ensure the machine is available by calling the front desk at (718) 760-6200 Ext. 0 with the time and day of your requested reservation. Note: The time of your court rental must match the time of the ball machine rental.
If a ball machine is available, book your court online.
Once booked, please inform the front desk as soon as possible.
Our front desk staff will then reserve the ball machine and complete the transaction by charging your card on file.
The ball machine must be reserved for the full duration of the court reservation. A separate booking is required for additional play without a ball machine.
Ball machine rental is exclusively available for indoor courts.
All court bookings are final.
No credits or refunds once the court has been booked.
Reservations may be made up to 2 days in advance online.
Court fees are charged at the time of booking.
Please review your cart carefully before proceeding to payment.
Court time used beyond booked time will result in additional charges for the extended time on the court.
Court assignments are given at the time of check-in. You are only permitted to play on the court you were assigned.
Open-time courts are limited to a max of 4 players per court.
A limited amount of indoor spectators, guests, or visitors are permitted on-site at this time.
2024 - 2025 Seasonal Contracts
Our seasonal contracts are now closed, and we are no longer accepting requests for this season. Please utilize our online booking system to reserve your courts.
Terms and Conditions
No credits or refunds once the court has been booked.
The court fee for reservations will be charged in full to the same credit card used to hold the reservation. Only full payment for the value of the court can hold a reservation.
Split payments and alternate methods of payment at the time of check-in are not permitted.
Court time used beyond the reserved time will be subject to additional charges for the extended court usage.
CHECK-IN
Check-in and payment are required before play.
Please allow fifteen minutes before your scheduled court time for check-in at the front reception desk.
All players on the court must have complete profiles and must check in before entering the courts.
Government-issued Picture ID is required to be presented at check-in.
CANCELLATION
All open court time bookings are final. No credits or refunds once the court has been booked.
COURT ASSIGNMENT
All court assignments are given at the front desk upon check-in.
INSTRUCTION
Tennis Instruction may only be given by NTC professional staff.
No baskets, hoppers, or ball carts are allowed on the court unless being used by NTC professional staff.
Players may only have a maximum of 6 balls on the court.
Code of Conduct
Check-in and payment are required before play.
All players on-court must be checked in at the front desk to gain access to the site.
A government-issued photo ID is required BEFORE entering the facility.
All guests issued a Visitor Pass must wear and display it while on site.
Please do not walk on the court until the designated time of play.
The use of courts beyond the assigned time will be subject to charge.

NTC reserves the right to cancel court time or program participation for any cause deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of NTC management.
All play is at your own risk.
Use of foul, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language, gestures, or other conduct, and any other inappropriate behavior, with or towards other guests, players, and NTC staff will not be tolerated.
Proper court etiquette is expected at all times.
Proper tennis shoes must be worn on the court at all times.
No food or beverages (other than water) are permitted on the courts.
Animals (other than service animals) are not permitted in the facility.
Photography or videotaping is not permitted without express written permission from NTC management.
NTC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Lockers are for day use only. Items left overnight in lockers will be subject to daily removal.
Tennis instruction may be given only by NTC professional staff.
